temperature static cleaning, yeasting, low temperature fermentation,
racking, and addition of sulphur. Blending, sticking, filtering and drawing.
Color : Light yellow.
Nose : Marked orange trre flower water and almont bouquet, as well as ripe fruit.
Mouth : Fruity and very drinkable.
Recommendations : Serve with fish, food with cream, white meat, comté cheese.
